This sign does not come with hardware, you'll have to add it on when purchasing.
All of my items are made out of wood. No, vinyl or plastic is used on my signs. Acknowledging the possibility of imperfections or variations, as well as lighter edges where cut, shows transparency and unique character. The block wood figures are painted on all sides.
All tiered tray signs are self-standing.

Returns, and Cancellations
PLEASE, PLEASE, dm immediately if you have an issue with your order, send a photo, so that I may correct it for you immediately. Buyer must contact within 2 days of delivery. You must have all the contents of the package as well.
Occasionally issues happen with the postal handling of packages. I assure you it will be corrected.
There is a processing time of 2-4 days after your shipping label is printed. The items have to be packed up and dropped off to the post office or scheduled for pick up. They do not ship out on the night the label is printed. Shipping time is listed on each order in the personalization box.

Please contact through etsy messages. This is to assure that I receive your message. Email, and Instagram can often to go to spam, or request and can be missed. Your messages are important to us.
Shipping
All orders are shipped out USPS ground or priority. Priority can be purchased at checkout.
Items are packaged carefully, with bubble wrap, foam, whatever it takes to make sure it arrives safely to you. USPS ground is running at about a week on delivery times based on what I am seeing.
Please use the priority shipping at checkout so your items arrive quickly. Otherwise, it's ground and it will take longer especially during the holiday seasons. Ground is a 4- 8-day delivery time or longer.
If your package is lost, you'll need to contact the post office. They can locate the package for you. If they mark it as lost, you'll have to file a claim with Etsy. They have buyer protection for this sort of situation.

My business is run solely by my husband and myself.
I am the only artist everything you receive is painted and assembled by me.
We also tend to receive a high-volume of orders, this does take time. They do not leave my shop unless they are perfect.
If there is an issue or mark the item will be tossed and remade.
I use oil-based paint which also requires a longer drying time.
I assure we work non- stop to make sure your orders go out a.s.a.p.
Remember you are not the only one ordering there are numerous items that need to be packed up carefully.
